Mentor Coaching with Tami Davidson, LCSW

The Aspen Effect is very fortunate to engage the volunteer services of Tami Davidson, LCSW. Tami is a licensed clinical social worker providing individual therapy services, with a focus on helping adolescents and adults gain insight and practical tools to navigate mental health challenges, relationships, trauma, and overall well-being.

She specializes in working with adolescents (ages 10–19) and adults, using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. She has extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by disruption and trauma. She utilizes multiple evidence-based clinical interventions and collaborates closely with each client to design treatment tailored to their unique needs. She believes in the power of safe, supportive relationships and prioritizes building strong rapport to create a space where healing can occur.

As a mentor, Tami has pledged to make herself available to listen to any concerns you have about a youth you are mentoring and offer support and advice. If she is not available when you call, she will get back to you as soon as she can!
